Sizes, board and minimums

We print on 250–400gsm board: 250–300gsm for lighter products such as sachets, tubes and tea, and 350–400gsm for heavier or taller boxes like 1kg powders and glass bottles. Boxes are made to your dimensions — there are no fixed stock sizes. Minimum order is 1,000 units per design, and we regularly run 10,000 to 250,000 units.

Turnaround and pricing

Boxes ship within 10–12 working days of artwork approval. A brand-new dieline adds 2–3 working days of structural setup up front; repeat orders on an approved dieline stay inside the standard window. Send us your dimensions, quantity and artwork status and a written costing comes back within 24 working hours. Die tooling is a once-off charge reused on every repeat order.

We deliver to Sandton, Midrand, Kempton Park, Germiston, Randburg, Roodepoort, Alberton and the Johannesburg CBD, and courier to the rest of South Africa. Being 10 minutes from OR Tambo also means export-bound orders move quickly.

Working with brands, not just print buyers
