How we reply
Enquiries land with our estimating team weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. We aim to acknowledge every message the same working day and return a full quotation within two working days once we have artwork or a clear specification. Urgent runs and repeat orders are prioritised — flag the deadline in your first message and we'll confirm feasibility straight away.
What to send with your enquiry
To turn a first email into an accurate quote quickly, include the carton or label dimensions, quantity per run and per year, preferred board or substrate, and any finishing you're after — foil, embossing, spot UV, window patching. Print-ready PDFs speed things up, but a rough sketch, existing sample photo, or competitor reference is enough for a first-round costing.
Visit the showroom
Our Edenvale facility is 15 minutes from OR Tambo International and just off the N3, with off-street parking directly at reception. The showroom carries live samples of cartons, labels and finishing techniques we've produced over the last decade — helpful when you're deciding between a matte lamination and a soft-touch coating, or comparing GC1 against SBS for a new product line. Walk-ins are welcome; a quick call ahead means the right account manager will be ready for you.
Business hours & service area
We're open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Same-day and next-day delivery is available across Johannesburg, Midrand, Kempton Park, Sandton and Edenvale, with routed deliveries into Pretoria and the wider Gauteng manufacturing corridor. National courier delivery reaches Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and every major centre inside two to three working days once stock is packed and released.
